An S-Works Crux is 5k, without handlebar. The Ridley is a top tier premium bike, with better QC than Spec, just because they don’t invest as heavily in marketing like US brands does not change that.

The 3T is relatively cheap, but also kind of ugly.

Nice as it looks, Ridley, to me, is just not a super premium bike. That top line frame/fork/seatpost should be $4K tops. A handmade 3T with bar/stem is not that much more than Ridley is asking.
